Our digital check-in is quick and easy. Simply follow the link in the email "Fill out registration form now" and check-in is complete.
After check-in, the access codes will be sent via email. You can also view these codes at any time in your personal guest folder.
At the main entrance, there's an entry field on the left. Enter the 4-digit comfort code here and confirm with "E." Welcome! Your personal room lock will be customized for your stay after you enter the 8-digit code once. You can then use the 4-digit comfort code to open the main door and your room.

The Marktstätte parking garage is just around the corner. Long-term parkers are better served by the Park & Ride spaces at the Bodenseeforum.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Cityhotel "Karl"
Bicycles can be safely stored in the enclosed and covered backyard. There's one flight of stairs up and one flight of stairs down, both equipped with bike rails, for easy access.

For early risers, various breakfast boxes can be ordered when booking. These will be delivered to your room at 7:30 a.m.
From 9:30 a.m. there is a great breakfast selection in our Brasserie Ignaz, 30 meters towards the train station.
In the lobby area, you'll find our fully stocked snack machine. Cold drinks, sweet and savory snacks, and a few other lifesavers for your stay.
In our "living room," you can make yourself comfortable around the clock. You can relax, work, play, and enjoy a drink in the lounge, at the high table, or at regular tables.
In addition to a basic set of glasses and dishes, there is also a small collection of games available.
